Zoning feasibility + AI plan review, before you submit to the city.
CodeProAI connects property intelligence, zoning controls, building-code research and AI-assisted plan review — so teams can find issues earlier and submit with more confidence.
Building code made easier. Now built as a platform.
We’re simplifying how professionals interact with zoning, construction codes and plan-review workflows.
CodeProAI began with a clear mission: transform the tedious process of code research into a streamlined, accessible and user-friendly experience.
Our team brings together experience in technology and construction, helping bridge the gap between complex regulations and the professionals who need to make decisions quickly.
What started as building-code research is expanding into a connected regulatory-intelligence platform for architects, engineers, developers, builders and property owners — from property and zoning context through plan review before submission.
We’re building for professionals who value efficiency, accuracy, traceability and collaboration, while keeping the underlying sources and project context visible throughout the workflow.

3. Service providers and disclosures
We may provide personal information to service providers that process data for us in connection with hosting, cloud infrastructure, authentication, security, communications and related business operations. Current infrastructure includes Amazon Web Services for identity and cloud services and Vercel for website hosting and delivery.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, with your direction or consent, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization or sale of all or part of the business.
4. Sale, advertising and cookies
CodeProAI does not sell personal information for money. We do not currently use Early Access registration information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The public website does not currently require advertising cookies. If Vercel Web Analytics is enabled, it is used for aggregate website measurement and conversion analytics; CodeProAI’s analytics implementation is configured not to intentionally send Early Access form values as event properties. You can disable CodeProAI web analytics on this browser using the control below.
5. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including maintaining Early Access or account records, providing services, resolving disputes, meeting legal obligations, preventing fraud and maintaining security. Retention periods may vary by type of information and operational need.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. Authentication and cloud infrastructure use established service providers, but no method of transmission, storage or security can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your CodeProAI account or Early Access registration by contacting info@codeproai.com. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
You may also stop receiving non-transactional product or launch communications by using any unsubscribe mechanism provided in those messages or by contacting us.
8. Children’s privacy
CodeProAI’s public website, Early Access program and professional products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. International processing
CodeProAI and its service providers may process information in the United States and other locations where they operate. Those locations may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws where you live.
10. Third-party links
Our website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as CodeProAI products, providers and legal requirements change. We will update the date shown above when we make material revisions.
These website terms govern access to the CodeProAI website, account registration and participation in Early Access. CodeProAI is currently introducing CodePro Zoning, CodePro Main and additional platform services in stages.
Early Access registration does not itself create a paid subscription or guarantee a specific launch date, feature set, trial, discount or commercial offer. Product-specific pricing, usage limits and additional terms will be presented before a user purchases or activates a paid service.
CodeProAI information and reports are intended to support preliminary research and decision-making. Professional review and confirmation with applicable authorities remain required where appropriate.
CodeProAI is committed to providing a digital experience that is usable by the broadest possible audience, including people with disabilities. Our current accessibility goal is to conform as closely as reasonably possible to the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
Accessibility is an ongoing engineering process. We do not represent that every page, feature, device, browser, assistive technology or user configuration will be free of accessibility barriers at all times.
How accessibility is built into CodeProAI
We approach accessibility at the source-code level rather than relying on a third-party overlay to remediate inaccessible markup after the fact. The website includes semantic HTML, programmatically associated form labels, descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, visible keyboard focus, accessible status messages, keyboard-operable controls, modal focus management and reduced-motion support.
CodeProAI also provides an optional, internally developed accessibility adjustment interface. The interface is intended to give visitors additional control over how the website is presented. It complements the website’s built-in accessibility and is not a substitute for accessible source code.
Screen-reader and keyboard navigation
We use semantic headings, landmarks, form labels, button and dialog roles, ARIA attributes where they add meaningful context, and live status regions for important form and account messages. Product-demo dialogs move focus into the dialog when opened, keep keyboard focus within the dialog while it is active, can be closed with Escape and return focus to the control that opened them.
Keyboard users can navigate interactive controls with Tab and Shift+Tab. The CodeProAI workflow tabs also support Left Arrow, Right Arrow, Home and End keys. A “Skip to main content” link is available as the first keyboard-focusable item on the page.
Important: screen-reader compatibility is not a switch that a website can simply turn on. CodeProAI treats screen-reader semantics and keyboard operation as built-in engineering requirements rather than as an optional profile.
Accessibility adjustment profiles
The accessibility interface includes presets that combine multiple visual or interaction settings. Current presets include Seizure Safety, Low Vision Support, ADHD Friendly, Reading & Cognitive Support and Older Adults.
These presets modify concrete website settings such as motion, contrast, focus visibility, text scale, spacing and reading aids. They are convenience tools only. Their names describe the type of adjustment they are intended to support; they are not medical advice, treatment, certification or a guarantee that the selected configuration will meet every individual need.
Content, design and readability adjustments
Content scaling: increase the overall page scale.
Font scaling: increase body and interface text size.
Readable font: switch to a simpler sans-serif typeface.
Line height and letter spacing: increase spacing for easier reading.
Text alignment: choose left, centered or right-aligned text presentation.
Highlight titles: visually emphasize headings.
Highlight links: underline links throughout the website.
Reading guide: display a movable horizontal reading aid.
Color and contrast adjustments
Light, dark and high-contrast presentation modes.
Monochrome, high-saturation and low-saturation modes.
User-selected text, heading and background colors.
Navigation, motion and orientation tools
Stop non-essential animations and motion.
Mute website video and audio.
Hide images and video visuals when desired.
Strengthen keyboard focus and hover indicators.
Use larger black or white high-visibility cursors.
Respect the operating system’s reduced-motion preference where supported.
Video and media accessibility
Public CodeProAI product demonstration videos include a written transcript in the demo interface. Videos do not need to autoplay in order to access the website’s primary information, and visitors can stop or mute media using the accessibility controls.
Assistive technology and browser compatibility
CodeProAI is designed for modern versions of major browsers and for use with common operating-system accessibility features and assistive technologies. Because browser, operating-system and assistive-technology combinations vary, behavior may differ between environments. We do not currently claim universal compatibility with every version of products such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari unless that combination has been specifically tested.
Ongoing accessibility work
CodeProAI products are evolving. New product screens, reports, authentication flows, interactive tools and third-party services can introduce new accessibility considerations. We review accessibility as part of website development and continue to improve areas that do not meet our intended accessibility standard.
Notes, comments and feedback
If you experience an accessibility barrier, need assistance using this website or would like information in an alternative format, please contact us at info@codeproai.com. Please include the page or feature you were using, the browser or device if known, and a short description of the issue. We will review accessibility feedback and work to provide a reasonable accessible alternative where appropriate.
Technical reference
Our current engineering baseline uses WCAG 2.2 as the primary accessibility reference.
